These details apply to eligible, activated Basic and Pro monthly workspaces. A plan purchase or this page does not activate a service. Existing accepted agreements remain unchanged.

These are separate from AI voice minutes and SMS segments. Basic includes 100 AI voice minutes and 250 SMS segments; Pro includes 300 AI voice minutes and 750 SMS segments. Phone and messaging require their own configuration, authorization and activation tests.
Billing period and availability
Counts reset when a new paid monthly billing period begins. Unused counts do not roll over. Pending requests count against the allowance. The signed-in workspace shows the period end date and remaining counts returned by the service.
An eligible active plan, workspace activation and remaining allowance are required. Account holds, a disabled service or temporary usage controls can make an action unavailable even when counts remain.
No paid top-ups are offered for these four AI counts, and there are no automatic AI overage purchases. At a limit, that AI action pauses; manual tools remain available. Separately approved prepaid voice-minute and SMS packs keep their existing terms.
You do not need your own OpenAI account or API key, and these four AI allowances do not require a separate credit purchase. Basic is $119/month and Pro is $249/month, with no mandatory setup fee. Optional hands-on setup help is $199 once, only when selected at checkout.
Your data and review
AI Reply Assistant uses the saved reply and linked conversation you select, with an eligible quote only when you choose it. Estimate Importer processes the PDF or pasted text you explicitly submit after confirming permission. Website Lead Assistant uses approved public business facts; visitors separately consent to AI questions and reviewed callback requests. See the Privacy Policy for processing and retention details.
Review and edit an AI reply before the separate preview and approval steps. Check extracted fields against the original and select the correct existing customer before saving. Drafting and extraction do not save, approve or send automatically. A website answer or callback request does not confirm an appointment, and no lead, sale or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
