Original estimates
Keep each original estimate separate, review its validity, then approve a follow-up to its customer.
Each estimate stays separate. Customers must already be matched through Jobber in Lead queue. Confirm each quote’s currency and validity after import.
Suggested reviews: days 3, 7, 14 and 30 after the recorded quote date, then long-term review. Old missed dates appear as one review. Each email requires your approval; the 14-day contact limit, reply holds and opt-outs still apply.
Import existing customers into Lead queue first. CSV quotes match their reviewed email addresses. Original quote value is potential opportunity, not recovered revenue. Imports do not contact anyone.
After completed work
Ask for honest feedback after a completed job. Requests need the same exact-message approval as other customer email.
Ratings here are feedback submitted through your request link. They are separate from reviews posted on an external platform. Testimonial permission never publishes feedback automatically.

Copy these instructions into Vapi’s assistant builder. They add two booking tools using your existing Reports credential. The call-report connection stays in place.

When enabled, the receptionist offers times allowed by both your portal hours and the selected HighLevel calendar. It checks HighLevel again before saving a new booking. If the check fails, it offers a callback instead of claiming the calendar is full.
AI calls save bookings in this portal. Use Copy a booking to HighLevel below to review and copy individual appointments. Rescheduling and cancellation do not sync between calendars yet.

Choose an existing HighLevel contact and review the saved booking before copying. Copying does not update the contact or start HighLevel automations. Your calendar may send an invitation; the review shows this before you confirm.

For an existing accepted Basic or Pro annual agreement, only whole unused monthly service periods are refundable. A month already started is nonrefundable, even 5–10 days into it. Periods follow your subscription anniversary. The calculation uses your annual subscription payment divided by twelve, excludes the separate setup fee and accounts for earlier refunds.
Annual cancellation ends paid service after the current monthly service period. Payment and refund status are verified separately. Stopping renewal alone does not request annual cancellation or a refund.
Email support about annual cancellationOpening email does not submit a request. Send your request and keep support’s date confirmation. Do not send payment-card details or customer records.
Included AI minutes and SMS reset monthly with no rollover. Optional prepaid top-ups cost $60 for 100 AI call minutes or $25 for 500 SMS segments. No automatic top-ups or overage charges. Existing accepted credit agreements retain their original terms.
At the limit, new paid work pauses. Account access, exports and opt-out processing remain available. Credits do not unlock features excluded from your plan.
Stored content covers saved customer records, notes, quote text, appointments, campaign text and manual tasks. Attachments are not included. Usage credits do not increase storage capacity. Connected mailbox and CRM history scans remain marked Preparing until their message and date limits are verified. Already saved records remain available as they age.
